Good afternoon
We survived some cold weather and had the good fortune of getting some skating days in at our neighborhood outdoor rink as our weather warmed up. A big thank you to all our parent volunteers that sorted skates, organized helmets, tied up skates, fitted helmets, and skated with our students. You were so helpful and kind, it made our students feel comfortable and supported. Many of our students had their first skating experience this week and we were glad it ended up an amazing experience. Another big thank you goes to Mr. Collins for all the work he did in organizing and running this fantastic 2-day event. I think Mr. Collins must have broken a record for the number of hours wearing skates. He will sleep well tonight.
