🎉🌭🥤 Join us for the SVS End of Year BBQ! 🌟🎓

Get ready to celebrate the end of another fantastic school year at the first SVS End of Year BBQ, happening on Thursday, June 20, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM! Thanks to our generous sponsors and dedicated food vendors, this event will offer food, drinks, and the opportunity to enjoy quality time together.

The BBQ will include the option of beef and veggie hotdogs served on your choice of regular or gluten-free buns. A variety of cold beverages and chips. $4.42 per person for food & beverage, and $2.36 for a bag of chips and a drink only. Please note that no food or beverage sales will be available at the event, so be sure to pre-order to avoid missing out. Families are welcome to bring their own picnic if needed. We will not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and guarantee the absence of cross-contamination of food items.

We're also in need of volunteers to help make this event a success! Please note that only those with a valid police clearance are eligible to volunteer. If you meet this requirement and are available to assist, please reach out to our school volunteer coordinators for sign-up.

Additionally, your contribution will be greatly appreciated! Please send a message to Amandip Badyal akb@badyallegal.com if you have the following:

·         a trailer for BBQ pick-up and drop-off,  pick up for 8 AM, June 20, and drop off before 2 PM the next day June 21, at a location in Airdrie

·         we are in need of a canopy for the BBQ cooking station to provide shade and shelter for our cooks

·         ice boxes that can be used to keep the beverages cold during the event

We also encourage everyone to bring along any activities they would like to enjoy during the event. Whether it's frisbees, soccer balls, or board games. All children (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult

(18 and older).
