At school, students will have opportunities to: 

• Wear orange to show support and raise awareness (Oct 1) 
• Engage in classroom learning through stories, books, and discussions about Indigenous history and culture. 
• Participate in creative activities such as art, writing, and reflection projects. 
• Explore land-based learning to deepen appreciation for Indigenous relationships with the land.
