School Council and SVS have arranged for Child Safe Canada to come into the school and teach the Home Alone Course to students next month. This class is for ages 10+ (younger siblings in grade 1 and up can also register and attend with their older sibling). If your child is interested, you must complete a registration form (one per family) and send payment for each child to the school office.

The course takes place over 2 lunch breaks in a classroom at the school on Feb 23rd & 24th (Monday & Tuesday). There is a MINIMUM of 15 students required to run the course and a MAXIMUM of 30, so if your child is interested please send in the completed registration form with payment(s) ASAP to the school office. Once we have 30 students signed up, registration will close. The cost is $30/participant and only cash or cheque is accepted. Further details about the course can be found on the registration form, which will come home with Division 2 students this week. There will also be extra forms available in the office. The registration deadline is Wednesday February 11th, or when the class is full.
