Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope this email finds you well. We are excited to share with you details about our upcoming Grade 6 Bottle Drive scheduled for March 13. Your participation in this event is crucial to the success of our fundraising efforts and will directly impact the educational experience of our Grade 6 students.
How You Can Help:
- Collect empty bottles and containers from your household.
- Encourage friends, family, and neighbors to donate their recyclables.
- Bring the collected items to the community centre parking lot (by the skating rink) on March 13 between 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Grade 6 Student Assistance:
To streamline the drop-off process, our Grade 6 students will be available to assist with taking bottles to the designated collection bin. This not only ensures the efficiency of the Bottle Drive but also provides an excellent opportunity for them to actively participate in our fundraising efforts.
Why Your Support Matters:
The funds raised from the Bottle Drive will play a pivotal role in supporting Grade 6 activities and potential field trips. Your generous contributions will create memorable experiences and educational opportunities for our students.
Drop-off Details:
Date: March 13, 2024
Drop-off Times: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Instructions: Please turn right into the parking lot, a grade 6 student will grab your bottles and take them away. Continue driving through the parking lot and exit onto Sandarac Drive.
We appreciate any assistance you can provide in making this Bottle Drive a success. Your involvement not only supports our Grade 6 students but also contributes to the overall success and enrichment of our school community.
